Penang is very slow and relax island.
You can go to Penang from KL with cheap cost. I think mine was 20USD or so. Round ticket!!!! Omg!
And I stayed at awesome mountain cottage.
The name is "Malihom private estate ".
This cottage is on the hill of Penang. No beach, no city. Everything around you is just Nature .
You can look down 360° of this island, and the view is absolutely amazing.
I've already get used to famous, young, loud and busy beach then I was young.
Now my movement is silent mountain resort.
I feel good while I see down these beach from forest.
That's the reason I booked this accommodation, and it was totally excellent decision in this year lol
Here is not survival mountain lodge.
Clearly Resort. Everything was so comfortable for me.
Staffs are very friendly and polite.
Everyone remember my name and care me a lot.
They clean their botanical garden every time and say hello to every guests.
I think owner is Buddhist.
There are manyBuddha's sculpture.
I've never seen such a nice pool for adults.
I meditated a lot on pool side. Was so beautiful time.
Guests can stay their own cottage. And these cottages have different design.
My house was so cute!
Oh yes. If you hate insects, here might be hell for you.
This place is for nature lover who have experienced survival traveling then we were young.
The best time was nap time on this hanging chair . Then I napped on here, squall came suddenly. But they had roof top. So I was feeling so good to listen poling rain,birds voice and leaves sound.
While I was in Malihom, I imagined many new hints as host family.
How to provide "satisfaction " even if I don't have "good location".
Actually this resort is also very out of center. More to say, unuseful.
But the scores from guests are always high, and I can agree with their reviews.
Probably important thing is using 200% the circumstances which they got. NOT doing same things with others.
I'm very happy to find out this " my 2nd house".
Really want to visit again soon.
